La Tejita is currently not in use, but promises to be a fantastic prospect if opened. The bay compliments the other sailing areas beautifully, offering perfect flat-water conditions and clean cross-offshore winds. The sandy bay is a two-minute drive or twenty-minute walk from South Bay, and has the stunning Montaña Roja as its backdrop.
